Oris Introduces the New Aquis Date Diamonds

The watch is the company's first to feature lab-grown diamonds.

Oris has introduced the new Aquis Date Diamonds timepiece to its Aquis collection of diver’s watches. This time, however, the watch is set with lab-grown diamonds, a first for the Hölstein, Switzerland-based watchmaker.

The 48 Top Wesselton brilliant-cut lab-grown diamonds on the bezel are the main attraction. A total of 44 diamonds of the same quality are set into the dial. The total weight of the VS1 diamonds is 1.2 carats. Aside from the eye-catching diamonds, the watch has a 41.5 mm stainless steel case and a vibrant cherry red dial.

And Oris’ new Aquis Date Diamonds watch appears to carry on the 119-year-old tradition of thoughtful design with high-performance materials, delivering real-world functionality in an innovative package.
