Before we look at the best cosplays from the C2E2 2022 (Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo), we gotta say how awesome it was to have the event back after being gone a couple of years. One of our final opportunities to attend an event was the C2E2 before the pandammit struck in early 2020. While there was a C2E2 in December 2021, we didn’t attend for safety reasons.
The C2E2 was once again held at McCormick Place from 5 – 7 August 2022, and cosplayers definitely came out in droves to what is easily amongst the biggest geek events in the country, even though this year’s event didn’t seem to be as big as the C2E2 2020, from what we could tell.
