If you’ve been a reader for a while, you already know that we absolutely LOVE Minnesota-based design firm ColorWare. The company has become known for customising high-end electronics, and now they’ve dropped their Limited Edition iPhone 6 Black Widow, which embodies Marvel’s sexiest spy.
Jason Cisewski, Vice President at ColorWare stated, “Recently, we’ve been exploring patterns for a variety of our products. We loved the results we achieved with the iPhone 6 Black Widow and wanted to share it with our customers. We are excited to see what the response will be for the new iPhone 6 Black Widow.”
ColorWare’s design features a glossy, raised spider-web pattern on a matte black back panel. The logo, the sim card tray, the surrounding edges of the iPhone6 and a small hourglass Black Widow-esque emblem, are finished with Formula red matte paint.
The iPhone 6 Black Widow is a factory unlocked, Space Gray version. You can purchase a 16GB iPhone 6 for $1599, a 64GB for $1699 or a 128GB for $1799. This is a contract-free smartphone that won’t last long.
Only 25 copies of this model of iPhone will be released, so if you’re interested in grabbing one, visit the ColorWare website. The phone ships in about two to three weeks.
