As you know, each team in the NBA has its own distinct style, and now the NBA is getting even more stylish with the new Todd Snyder x NBA All-Star Collection, which arrives just in time for the NBA All-Star Game on 19 February 2023, basketball’s most star-studded weekend.
It totally makes sense that one of the country’s most recognised designers would get in on the action with gear designed for equally stylish fans, as the trip to the locker room has become its own fashion catwalk of sorts.
With LeBron James breaking Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s scoring record, superstars like Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving finding new homes on the court thanks to the NBA trade deadline, it seems to be an EXCELLENT time to be an NBA fan.
The tracksuit collection adds a touch of luxury to a typically casual style. The raglan-sleeve jacket and trousers combo, dubbed ‘gentleman’s tracksuits,’ feature subtle pinstripes and an Italian cotton-wool blend in timeless patterns, giving the sleek tracksuits a ‘sartorial look,’ according to the designer.
You can show your admiration and appreciation for LeBron’s stellar career with Todd Snyder’s New Era Lakers cap in a brilliant blue plaid, or rep a legendary team like the Knicks or Celtics with a luxe tracksuit that showcases your favourite team’s colours in a seriously comfortable style.
Add the upcoming All-Star Game to the mix, and you’ve got a formula for plenty of stylish sporting events, whether you’re watching from home or the comfort of your favourite sports bar.
With all this said, the Todd Snyder x NBA All-Star collection will cost you a bit of coin: The track trousers costs $348, while the track pants cost $298. For $130, add a matching New Era hat in a sharp, tailor-inspired pattern. But to be honest, when you compare ticket prices to the fits, the prices are a fucking steal.
Outside of looking absolutely FIRE, one of the best things things about this sleek collection is that unlike the END. x PUMA collaboration, the Todd Snyder x NBA collection isn’t limited edition. So you can pick up a cap or tracksuit whenever you want. But we’d suggest moving on it fast, because these are probably gonna go quick.
