Maurice Lacroix has introduced four new versions of its renowned Pontos Chronograph watch. The release adds elegance to an athletic silhouette with two new dials — black and gunmetal grey — as well as a stainless steel bracelet or traditional leather strap suitable for any occasion.

For this particular release, the watchmaker has made small improvements to its already highly honed time-teller. The redesigned Pontos Chronograph, which now uses Arabic numerals as hour indices, emphasises legibility while maintaining its sense of grandeur. The three chronograph registers, partially open-worked hour and minute hands, and open caseback revealing the ML 112 automatic movement add a touch of modernity and sophistication to the dial.

The watch is made of 43mm stainless steel and comes with two bracelet options: a matching three-row bracelet and a croc-grain leather strap with the Maison’s characteristic M-logo. The new chronograph, like the AIKON version, features the in-house Easy Strap Exchange System, which allows wearers easily swap between bands to complement various outfits and events.

The stainless steel bracelet costs $3,350 USD, while the leather strap version costs $3,200 USD. For more info, go to Maurice Lacroix’s official website.
