Blue Bottle Coffee is back again, this time delivering its limited-edition small-batch Instant coffee, following the release of its ‘Craft Instant Coffee: Espresso‘ last October. The ‘Exceedingly Rare: Yemen Qima Bait Alal‘ coffee has been in the making for years and offers the highest quality soluble coffee on the market.
Qima Coffee founder Faris Sheibani used his meticulous, proprietary alchemy technique to create a perfect post-harvest environment. The end result is a rare coffee with fruit intensity, baking spice aroma, and citrus brightness. The high solubility means the coffee is ready in seconds, and has flavours of tamarind and black cherry, with a vanilla allspice aroma.
Each tin contains three 100 mL single-serving vials, as well as a limited-edition tasting serving (125 mL) sipping glass etched with the Blue Bottle Coffee logo, and is limited to 400 vials.
The Exceedingly Rare: Yemen Qima Bait Alal, priced at $65 USD, is available on Blue Bottle Coffee’s website in three single 100ml serving sets.
