Agency Submission Form for Clients

If you’re a Public Relations Representative or Publicist, and have clients you’d like to have considered for a feature with Chulo Magazine, then you should use our Agency Submission Form.

While not a requirement, we ask that you follow Chulo Magazine’s social media accounts, particularly Twitter and/or Instagram, and ask your client to do the same.

Please note: Submissions from this form that are not from verified representatives will be ignored. If you are a model or photographer, please use the appropriate forms using the links below.

MODEL PHOTOS SUBMISSION

Please upload a minimum of 3 (up to 5) photos of your client. Nude photos are allowed, but not a requirement. Photos must meet the following guidelines:
  • Full-colour, unretouched images
  • Recently photographed (last 3 months preferred)
  • Only include the model submitted in this application
  • Upload in .JPG format
  • File size limit (per image): 100KB to 1MB

By checking this box I agree that my client is at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where they live to sign this agreement, and they are 18 years of age or older on the submitted photographs session date(s). In addition, I agree that I am submitting my client's information to Chulo Magazine to use for casting throughout its organisation and their affiliated network of licensees/partners, and allow Chulo Magazine and its partners to market Chulo Magazine and third-party promotions to me from time to time.
