Alright peoples, the wait is finally over! The nominees for the 2024 Chulo Magazine Awards are here, and it’s a belter of a list.
We were busy giving the magazine a swanky revamp (web AND print!), but the awards are back and better than ever. Remember, YOU get to choose the winners this year, so get ready to make your voices heard!
Here’s the lowdown:
- Voting opens TODAY, 9th September 2024 and closes on 16th September 2024. Head over to vote.chulomagazine.com and make your voice heard!
- This year, voting’s getting streamlined! We’ve cut the nominees down to six per category, and you may have more than one favourite, you can now cast up to THREE votes per category. That’s right, your voice matters more than ever!
- We’ll be announcing the winners on 27th September 2024 across our website and socials (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Big congrats in advance!

We’ve got all your entertainment and pop culture bases covered. Movies, games, TV, music, comics, cosplay, glamour, social media – you name it, we’ve got an award for it! Check out some of the top nominees:
- Best Movie: Mission: Impossible’s back, John Wick’s on a rampage, and Spider-Man’s swinging across the multiverse! Who will take home the win?
- Best Game: Spidey’s swinging onto PlayStation too, but can he beat Star Wars Jedi or the long-awaited Alan Wake sequel?
