From 4 April to 21 April 2014, Chulo Magazine fans around the world voted on their favourites of the past year across nine categories for the 2014 Chulo Magazine Awards — our annual event that honours and recognises the best of the past year in the entertainment industry — and the winners were announced today.
Pacific Rim was voted Best Movie by Chulo Magazine readers. The award for Best Video Game went to Naughty Dog’s epic survival horror game ‘The Last of Us’, beating solid contenders ‘Batman: Arkham Origins’ and ‘Grand Theft Auto V.’
Notable award winners for this year include Storm King Comics’ Asylum for Best Comic Book/Graphic Novel, UK crime drama Peaky Blinders for Best Television Series, and model Pam Rodriguez for Sexiest Glamour Model.

- Sexiest Cosplay Model of the Year: Kamui Cosplay
- Sexiest Glamour Model of the Year: Pam Rodriguez
- Sexiest Instagram Model of the Year: Melissa Riso
Since the event was introduced in 2013, the Chulo Magazine Awards have allowed fans to vote for their favourites in various pop culture categories. Along with a specialised jury panel, hundreds of fans contribute to the entire process, from the initial nominations to final winners, with the final winners selected exclusively by fan voting.
