Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster Announced

Set for release in early 2016, and will be available on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Capcom announced at an event in Japan today, that Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster is currently in development. You can check out a message in the video below from Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, producer of Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster, about the famed survival horror game.

Resident Evil Zero, known as Biohazard 0 in Japan, was first released on the Nintendo GameCube back in 2002, as a prequel to the first Resident Evil. The game was later ported to the Wii in Japan in 2008 and in North America late 2009 under the Resident Evil Archives label.

Koji Oda, the original director of Resident Evil Zero, and additional staff will be returning for the development of the remastered version. The game is planned for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC in early 2016 in Japan. Capcom will be sharing more information on the title in the coming weeks.
