Designer and illustrator Sergey Kyrmanov has created a fantastic collection of typographic ‘hero logos’ that combine the names and faces of well-known superheroes like Batman, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Iron Man, and others.
The logos, known as ‘Facetters,’ are designed in a way that the superhero’s name adopts the shape of the character’s face or mask.
For example, the Batman logo depicts the Caped Crusader’s face with the word BATMAN in the shape of his cowl. The Iron Man logo’s helmet is made from the words IRON MAN. The phrases SPIDER and MAN form the top and bottom of the mask in the Spiderman logo.
The logos were created using Corel Draw, Illustrator, and Photoshop. You can check out several of our favourites below.
