Sarah is an Australian fitness model, bikini competitor, and personal trainer who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She competes for the highly esteemed IFBB, where she earned her Pro Card. Sarah moved to the US in 2016 to further her career, and has been there since.
Born in South Africa, Sarah grew up in Indonesia and the Philippines before moving to Australia. She found her calling in the fitness industry back in 2011, and in 2014 earned her pro card with the IFBB.

Sarah became interested in fitness through glamour modelling. She says that she initially just wanted to tone up a bit for an upcoming swimsuit calendar photo shoot, so she started going to the gym with her partner. But, Sarah became inspired by fitness so much over time, she gave up on modelling, and decided to start a career in fitness.
Since starting out, Sarah Allen has become recognised as one of the biggest fitness icons from Australia, landing numerous magazine covers, which include Playboy South Africa, Fitness Gurls Magazine, Australian Swimsuit Calendar, Oxygen Magazine, Women’s Health & Fitness, and others.
